LANTYCA® Machine, a Chinese-Malaysia joint venture, former Xinchang Yaxing Industrial Co., Ltd., was founded in January 1992. Located at southeast of Xinchang county, Zhejiang province, and covering an area of 26,600m², we are specialized in producing pharmaceutical gelatin empty capsules and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) capsules. Our products mainly include empty gelatin hard capsules, Halal empty gelatin capsule, and HPMC vegetarian capsules.

Production Capacity

We own more than 100 employees and 20,000m² factory area. We have set up 12 manufacturing lines with full capability of size 00, 0, 1, 2, 3 and 00B capsules. 8 new manufacturing lines will be added to achieve a total number of 20 manufacturing lines and an annual productivity of 10 billion pieces of capsules. We are accelerating the development of 000# empty capsules and its first production is expected to start in 2018.

Production Operation

Our factories were designed to meet GMP requirements with efficient process layout, solid technical strength and fully-equipped devices. Modern management and system, under the instruction of ISO9000, have secured the high-efficiency production of capsules.

Service

We provide free services to help clients to choose capsule model, color, print draft design, commissioning for capsule filling facilities and other technical consulting. In the meanwhile, we have grasped advanced printing techniques, and we are able to provide any printing content as per client requirements.

Our products are sold all over the country and are exported to more than 20 countries and regions. We have established a long-term stable cooperative relationship with customers from Southeast Asia, South America, North America, Europe, etc.
